That agile work is a cultural change is evident from how the work spaces are being modified. For us who are called to design this space, it is fundamental to understand the needs of those who daily live it.
Today we talk about Smart Working, CoWorking, Digitization and new technologies. These are different work styles that require sharing the environment while maintaining an independent activity.
Thus, the spaces and offices are readjusted, deconstructed as a function of collaboration and communication.
We spoke with prof. Francesco Varanini anthropologist and scholar of changes related to innovation, of what the office of tomorrow will look like.
